Investing in the Age-Friendly World: 6-7 September 2012 – Singapore

This summit offers a unique perspective on the ageing baby boomer generation in the Asia Pacific region and how your business can better foster the wellness of its 50+ year old consumers. With a market valuation of $1.2 billion, this is a generation of vast opportunity. Notable experts including Dr Harrison Bloom, President of the Medical Advisory Board for EHE International, and Dr Robyn Stone, an internationally recognised authority on long-term care and ageing policies, are scheduled to speak at the event. The conference will be held from 6-7 September at the Mandarin Orchard hotel in Singapore.

En-Gage: The Marketing Show: 25-27 September 2012 – Singapore

Asia’s largest marketing, customer engagement and loyalty strategy conference will discuss how to leverage offline and online marketing approaches to grow your business’s customer base and maximise ROI. Speakers at the event include Alfie Yee, Senior Director of Marketing at Hilton Worldwide, Pawan Sarda, CMO of Future Group, and Paras Sharma, VP of Marketing and Corporate Communications at ESPN STAR Sports, Asia. The conference will take place from 25-27 September in Singapore (exact location is TBA.)

Gaming and Social Media: 4-6 October 2012 – Singapore

Gaming isn’t just for kids: today, it’s a favourite pastime of social media users – and it’s beginning to make its way into the workplace. Organised by the Serious Games Associationin Singapore, this conference will discuss which industries are utilising social gaming and “Gamification” to promote focus, self-drive and more social interaction. Educators, marketing professionals and HR managers are invited to join the discussion on this innovative approach to learning. The conference will take place from 4-6 October at The *Scape in Singapore.

Ad:TechTokyo: 29-31 October – Tokyo, Japan

Partnered with Google and sponsored by LinkedIn, the ad:tech conference features the largest gathering of online marketers. Held earlier this year in cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, New Delhi and Singapore, the three-day Tokyo conference will feature keynote speakers from Adidas, Coca-Cola and CyberAgent with a schedule divided into four sectors: Mobile Marketing, Search & Analytics for Marketers, Integrated/Brand Marketing, and Technology Development. You’ll be prepared for it all come 2013. Ad:Tech Tokyo will take place at the Tokyo International Forum from 29-31 October in Tokyo, Japan.

Internet Show: 21-22 November (Sydney, Australia), 5-6 December (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Learn how to start making your business profitable online at Australia’s largest internet business exhibition. Featuring four conferences, 60 seminars and 50-plus speakers, the Internet Show will evaluate the digital marketing and social media strategies proven successful by companies with a growing online presence. The conference will take place at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from 21-22 November in Sydney, Australia, as well as from 5-6 December in Jakarta, Indonesia (venue is TBA.)

This is one branch of the Internet Show you won’t want to miss. Singapore and Australia boast the top two highest smartphone penetration levels in the world, so the time to capitalise on profit-driving mobile strategies is now! The Mobile Show will cover key topics such as mobile marketing, mobile cloud computing, NFC payment systems and content distribution capabilities for every industry from retail and telecommunications to government-based enterprises. Big Data World Australasia& Loyalty World Australia 2012: 27-28 November 2012 – Melbourne, Australia
